Ripple Capital Pvt Ltd was incorporated in July 2019 and duly Registered by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe the following year to carry out the business of microfinance. At Ripple Capital, we believe we generate smiles by providing accessible microfinance solutions that empower individuals and communities to achieve their financial goals with ease and confidence.

Misheck Mapaona
Non-Executive Director
A pharmacist and entrepreneur, Misheck owns multiple retail pharmacies and agricultural projects. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy Honors Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
Mrs. Fracia Mutombwa
Non-Executive Director
Fracia is a seasoned banker with over 8 years of experience in the financial and fintech (mobile money) sectors. She specializes in financial crime control, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Fracia holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Finance and Investments from NUST, as well as a diploma in banking. She also has a passion for agriculture.
Mr. Zorodzai Mutombwa
Managing Director
A business executive with entrepreneurial and commercial experience in finance and insurance. He co-founded Ripple Capital and worked at CBZ Holdings for over 10 years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies and a Certificate in Credit Management from the University of Zimbabwe. He is passionate about promoting financial inclusion
Joylin Kunyeti
Non-Executive Director
An experienced business manager and passionate farmer, Joylin holds a Diploma in Primary Education from the Zimbabwe Open University and is pursuing a Degree in Marketing at the Catholic University of Zimbabwe.
